  • $175 rental fee is due at the time the rental contract is completed.
  • Should you need to cancel, you have until one week prior to your event to cancel or the $175 rental fee is forfeited.
  • If you plan to use our 77” TV for a presentation, we recommend that you come in a day or more ahead to test it out.
  • Seating Arrangement: Seats 40 in one long table or up to 54 with multiple tables setup horizontally.
